1. Eligible Items: Furniture items that are in their original condition, including all packaging materials, can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to obtain a return authorization number.

3. Restocking Fees: A 20% restocking fee may be applicable to returns.

4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please make sure to package the item securely to prevent any damage during transit.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
